These rules cover every trade between members on Crypto Richie Rewards: offers on profiles, the Mascot Marketplace, the coin marketplaces and coin crafting. By listing, buying or making an offer, you agree to them.

1. The basics

• Trades are paid in CR Coins. CR Coins are Crypto Richie platform points. They are not cash, cryptocurrency or an investment, they have no cash value, and they can't be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
• New collectible coins from the shop are bought with verified Rewards Coins, which are separate from CR Coins. Trades between members always use CR Coins.
• You need a signed-in, active account to trade.
• Every trade happens in one step: the item and the CR Coins move together, or nothing moves at all.

2. What you can and can't trade

You can trade:

• Paid mascots you've unlocked, including rare, epic, legendary and mythic mascots and Richie Fox outfits.
• Paid backgrounds you've unlocked.
• Paid collectible coins you own, including mascot signature coins.

You can't trade:

• Free starter mascots (including the three Crypto Richie styles) and free backgrounds.
• Free coins.
• Mascot shop gear (hoodies, caps, shades, chains) and your hair, eye, color and style choices. These stay with your account.
• Coins that have been crafted away or removed by an admin.
• CR Coins, Rewards Coins, XP or levels on their own.

3. Offers on a member's profile

• Open a member's profile and tap Make offer on a mascot, background or coin, then enter a price in CR Coins.
• The owner accepts or declines. Nothing moves until they accept, and you can cancel your pending offer any time.
• You can only have one open offer per item, and you can't make an offer on something you already own.
• You must have enough CR Coins when you make the offer and again when it's accepted. If you don't, the trade won't go through.
• When an offer is accepted, the item moves to the buyer and the CR Coins move to the seller. All other open offers on that item close.
• If the owner no longer has the item when they accept, the offer closes and nothing moves.

4. Mascot Marketplace listings

• On the Mascot Marketplace you can list a paid mascot you own at your own price.
• Any other member can buy a listed mascot straight away. There's no waiting for the seller to accept.
• You can only list each mascot once at a time, and you can't buy your own listing or a mascot you already own.
• You can remove your listing any time before it sells.
• If the mascot leaves your collection another way, for example through an accepted offer, the listing closes on its own so nobody can buy something you no longer have.
• Selling a mascot you have equipped removes it from your avatar. Pick another mascot in Avatar Studio.

5. Coin listings

• In the Mascot Coin Shop you can list a paid coin you own for an instant sale, the same way as mascots.
• Each coin copy can only be listed once at a time. Listings close on their own if the coin is traded, crafted or removed.
• Buying a listed coin moves that exact copy, with its serial number, to you.

6. Fees

• A 5% fee, rounded up to the nearest CR Coin, comes off every sale, whether it's an offer or a listing.
• The buyer pays the full price. The seller receives the price minus the fee.
• Example: a 40 CR sale pays the seller 38 CR. A 1,000 CR sale pays the seller 950 CR.
• The fee is removed from circulation. It isn't paid to another member.
• There's no fee to list, make an offer, cancel or decline.

7. Prices and limits

• Every price and offer must be a whole number from 1 to 1,000,000 CR Coins.
• Sellers set their own prices. Crypto Richie Rewards doesn't set, guarantee or promise any item's value, and items can sell for less than you paid.

8. XP and unlock bonuses

• Unlocking a paid item from the Wallet or Avatar Studio pays a one-time bonus: rare +25 XP and +10 CR, epic +60 XP and +30 CR, legendary +150 XP and +100 CR, mythic +400 XP and +250 CR. Free items give no bonus.
• Buying an item from another member pays no bonus. This stops items being passed back and forth to farm rewards.
• Trades don't add or remove XP or levels.

9. Rarity, supply and collector score

• Tiers from lowest to highest: common, rare, epic, legendary, mythic. Higher tiers give your profile avatar a brighter glow.
• Collector score: 1 point per common, 3 per rare, 8 per epic, 20 per legendary and 50 per mythic item you own.
• Legendary mascots are limited to 100 copies each and mythic mascots to 25 copies each. Some coins also have a supply limit. Once they're all unlocked, the only way to get one is from another member.

10. Coin crafting

• In the Coin Forge you can combine exactly three different coins of the same tier into one coin of the next tier up.
• The three coins are used up and can't be traded or recovered. Their past trade history stays on record.
• Legendary is the top coin tier and can't be crafted further. Crafting counts toward a coin's supply limit.
• Crafting closes any open offers or listings on the coins used.

11. Leaderboards and price tracker

• Top mascot traders are ranked by the total CR Coins they've traded in real mascot sales and purchases, from both offers and listings.
• Top collectors are ranked by collector score.
• The coin price tracker only shows real member trades. If no trades have happened, it shows dashes. We never post made-up prices or activity.
• Suspended and private accounts aren't shown on public leaderboards.

12. Blocking and suspended accounts

• Members who have blocked each other can't trade with each other in any way.
• Suspended accounts can't list, buy, make offers or craft.

13. Fair play

• Don't use more than one account to move items or coins to yourself.
• Don't buy, sell or trade CR Coins, items or accounts for real money or anything outside the site.
• Don't pressure, mislead or scam other members, for example by promising something in messages that isn't part of the trade.
• Breaking these rules can lead to suspension and removal of items or coins. Admins can review any trade.

14. Mistakes, refunds and changes

• Completed trades are final. Check the item and price before you confirm.
• If you think a trade broke these rules, contact us through Help & Support.
• We may update these rules. The date at the top shows the latest version.
